This place is amazing! I would give a 4.5 if I could. My only complaint is that there is a rental above and you hear every footstep.

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The location absolutely can’t be beat - the patio gate opens directly onto the boardwalk and straight onto the beach. Beautiful sunrise views. I made extensive use of the bikes which were all in excellent condition.

Great location, like could not be better with regards to beach. Super clean and well equipped, easy check in, communicative and proactive and helpful manager. Unit is on the bottom floor and soundproofing is pretty bad, so if the neighbors are up early you are too.

We had a relaxing 4 days in Hollywood beach! Accommodations were clean looked just like the listing photos. Patio is shared with two upper units which were vacant during our stay so we had it to ourselves.

Hello and thank you for your stay. We are glad you had a good time and enjoyed the home and location. The upstairs is actually one unit but people are usually on complete different schedules anyways so it works out for the patio space especially with so much to do in the area. Thanks again.

I never met the host, but he sent his neighbors to welcome me. I have never rented a cleaner or better organized studio unit. The location was on the quieter south end of the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, but still only a 10-15 minute walk along the Boardwalk to get to the heart of it. The views from the unit or its patio area looking out to the ocean were very nice. We had a great time.

Short Anniversary Trip

Our stay was only 4 nights but we completely enjoyed it! The location was quiet, convenient to the airport and steps out to the beach. It was well stocked, loved that we didn’t have to pay for beach chairs and bikes to ride. It was perfect for 2 people and we would definitely return!

Loved our stay! Condo is small, but efficient and the shower is amazing. The view of the ocean from the patio and walk across the broadwalk to the beach were the key for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
