Amazing location for the visitor looking for easy access to Paris’s main attractions while also providing out the door access to one of the best arrondisements in all of Paris. Big enough for my wife and I and our two young (12, 10) daughters, along with enough kitchen amenities to allow for easy breakfast prep. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location with many cafes and restaurants very close, amazingly comfortable mattresses (us adults ended up sleeping on the pull out couch because it was so good), a handy washer/dryer in the bathroom, and everything we needed to prepare food and drinks. Plus the air conditioner (which is a smaller, portable type vented through the window) worked very well and kept it just cool enough during the 100 degree summer heatwave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay in Paris at this cozy apartment. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating from the time we booked until we left Paris. The location is absolutely amazing as we were within walking distance to the main sites. Check-in process is a bit unorthodox, but directions are very clear. We happened to arrive during a terrible heat wave (102F daily temps), but the fans and mobile unit kept the apartment comfortable all week, thank goodness! Merci Beaucoup!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect- near metro stops and very walkable. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to open and close. The loft area was great for two teens. The apartment is small, cozy, tastefully decorated, and light-filled. The huge window looking out onto the courtyard is spectacular. The check-in instructions were thorough, clear, and easy to follow. The host was excellent with communications. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfectly located. The fold-out bed is comfortable and easy to fold up and unfold so there's no need to leave it out during the day. There is a beautiful garden view, everything worked, the building and apartment are easy to get in and out of (not always the case in Paris). Although there is a loft with a large double bed (which is low but comfortable), the ceiling is quite low, so you can sit on the bed, but not stand up straight. I would absolutely come here again.

The location was excellent and we were so grateful that the host was able to accommodate our request to check in early. It was very nice looking out into green space and we were amazed at how quiet it was in the apartment, especially being in such a busy area! Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a lift for carrying up our luggage and my mother, who can be challenged with stairs. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing, cozy flat a stone’s throw from the river and within walking distance of many major sights and shopping area. I have stayed in this adorable flat 3 times with members of my family and I can’t wait to come back.
