The Master Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has two Full Beds. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two.

The Living Room and Master Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a Keurig Coffee w/Supplies, etc.

Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Condo is on the 1st floor with elevator access.

Air Conditioner is located in second bedroom closet, and some guest say that it runs loud.

The Atlantis Association requires every guest to check-in and register with the Security/Administration Office located under the building in the underpass and receive a Parking Permit. During the season, May through October only, this cost is $60 for the first vehicles' entire stay and $15/day for each additional vehicle (up to $65) when extra space is available. Most of these large condo associations on the ocean charge this fee.

I would not rent from this gentleman. The room was dirty there were stains on the carpet, The View was absolutely horrible, we were in a room at the end of the hallway where the fans were continuously running, it was so noisy you couldn't hear yourself think

These photos included with this review show common areas of the building (not within the unit) and are maintained by the building/association rather than areas inside our unit. One of the photos is also of a common area that is not located near our unit. We take the cleanliness of our unit seriously and will be certain to bring this to the association's attention. Regarding the view and building noise, those can unfortunately be more subjective and are aspects of the building and location that are outside of our direct control. We always strive to provide an accurately represented, clean, and comfortable place for our guests and appreciate all feedback that helps us continue improving.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to the beach and had an ocean view from the enclosed porch. Bedding and linens were provided which was great since we flew in from out of state. Washer and dryer worked well, we brought detergent and softener sheets with us and having so much sand it was great to do a load each night of swimwear and beach stuff. We brought our own beach blanket and beach towels. Living room and kitchen were well laid out, carpet had a few spots, but being next to the beach it was kind of expected to not be “perfect’ in its condition. Appliances looked new and worked well. and plenty of kitchenware was provided. There was even ice in the fridge ice-maker so we could easily fill water bottles! Both bathrooms were well kept and complimentary shower toiletries were a nice surprise. Beds were comfy, ceiling fans created a little clinking noise but worked well. 2nd bedroom had AC unit or some blower in one closet and it was loud and ran all day and night. My kids used it like white noise and had no trouble adapting. The owner was great at communicating and fabulous to work with. I would rent this unit again. The first level condo was near the stairwell so when the elevator was busy we just walked down. Everyone we ran across at the complex was helpful and kind. It was easy to get a parking pass and to access the pool and beach.

Birthday getaway

Stayed for daughter's 13th birthday. She loved it, it was the perfect size and location. Host was very nice and made sure everything was going good. Very good communication. Would definitely try to rent again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

The check in process was quick and seamless. The location of the condo is great. Close to everything but away from the chaos of the boardwalk (about a 15-20 min drive). Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there and Adam was super responsive to any questions. We had 3 adults and 1 toddler in our group and had plenty of space. Pool and beach were also great! I would 10/10 recommend this host and condo!

Quick getaway!

This was a last minute decision to enjoy the beach one last time before summer was over! While we only stayed one night (this was my error in booking) we had a lovely time and no issues at all. The checkin process was easy and properly was exactly as described.

nice getaway

The condo is a very nice size. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable. The lockbox was easy to use; it was nice not to have to go to a rental office for keys. We did not use the pool but it looked lovely. I would stay here again (just not during Bike Week - shame on me for not checking).

Atlantis Condo

Overall I was pleased with the unit. I appreciate the cleanliness and the fact that linens and towels were provided. Also there was toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo conditioner and soap if needed. There were plug ins, which made the place smell nice as well. There were a few minor issues, but my host, Adam was super responsive. My only advice would be to check to make sure everything is up to par upon check in so that if there are any issues they can be addressed while maintenance or cleaning staff is still available. Overall great stay.

Atlantis 2 bedroom condo in Ocean City, Maryland

The accommodations were disappointing. The carpet was dirty, the bedding & decor cheap. The bathroom vanity door fell off in my daughters hand when she opened it. I emailed the host and got no reply.Only 4 chairs, one of which was broken for a space that advertised it could sleep 8. Partial view of ocean/parking lot. The pluses were the pool and proximity to beach.
