My first renting experience that the home was way more beautiful than the photos!Great home, backyard, location and vacation.Looking forward to going back.
The house was extremely clean, with great floorplan. The property manager was very responsive and also considerate of the guest experience. The backyard has wonderful seating options around a large, clean pool. The setting is spectacular and the home is located in a great neighborhood.I am picky and my experience was extraordinary!
This property is exactly as described and photographed. The property manager is super responsive and so easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about our stay this year. Definitely looking to rebook for next year!
Stunning property that really exceeds the beauty of the pictures and perfect location for walking to alot of the great shopping and eating. Thus was our second stay, hope to stay again!
Wonderful house and pool. The property manager is outstanding and she promptly addressed the few small issues we had, eg broken lint filter on the dryer and a sprinkler malfunction on the lawn.
Properties absolutely spectacular. First VRBO where I can’t wait to come back to the property. Just as advertised and more. Pics don’t do it justice. Gorgeous home. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. Manager was super responsive. Honestly can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!
This gorgeous home is hands down, the most amazing place!!! The grounds and the home are breathtakingly beautiful. The bedroom suites are spacious, the master is huge. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with state of the art appliances. The location is within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and near the heart of downtown. Very private, the Property manager is there for your every need. The home is spotless, the swimming pool is the largest I've ever seen in a private home, and the spa is connected to the pool by two small waterfalls. This is truly a dream home. I plan to return as soon as my schedule allows!

Thank you for your great review. We love having you stay with us. Come back soon!
This place was AMAZING. I rarely come away from a vacation rental saying I would stay there again... but this was the exception! The pool ,the bedrooms, the kitchen... everything was amazing! The kitchen was very, very stocked, and there was even a huge ice machine. I would say that the listing should be more explicit about what this house has to offer - we were pleasantly surprised, though! Check-in was fine with just a little confusion at the beginning but not a big deal in the end. Thanks so much!

Great House/Terrible Management & Customer Relations
This house is beautiful and very fun for a large group. However, don’t expect any service from the “house manager”. We had NO AC in TWO out of four bedrooms did not work until the LAST 12 hours of our stay. This was all due to lack of responsiveness and the argumentative nature of the “house manager”. Many other more minor issues were not dealt with throughout our stay but I’ll leave it to you to decide if a disabled smoke detector and no trash bags, etc. Constitute minor issues. Check in experience was rude and unwelcoming. So, great house for a fun filled weekend as long as you need absolutely nothing from management.
This house is very well appointed and was perfect for our family’s stay. Situated on a beautiful lot, with a large pool, and plenty of yard space to enjoy. The neighborhood is one of my favorites in Palm Springs. It’s very quiet, friendly people, close to town, and also close to a moderate hike. I appreciated having use of the garage to keep the car in shade. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
This house was perfect for the 3 generations that were here….the 2 masters were perfect. The outdoor space was exceptional….many different seating areas, great spa and even a ping pong table. The entire stay was heavenly! Thanks!
This is a great place to stay. Roomer more comfortable and nicer in every way than it is in the pictures.
We really had a great week and a lot of that was due to having a great place to call our home for the week.
Vista Las Palmas is an amazing property and we cannot wait to go again!! Getting into the property was easy, as Patty, the property manager, gave me all the information we needed. When you walk in, you come through the laundry area and down a long hallway which leads into a huge open area and includes a chef's kitchen, dining table for 8, eat in kitchen area for 6 and pub chairs at the breakfast bar for, I think 5 or 6. There is also a sitting area in front of a fireplace which is probably nice to use in the cooler weather.
The dining/kitchen face the massive pool. It truly is massive and runs I think 5 to 9 feet. Watch your little ones if you have any. It is great to float around or play volleyball, which we did everyday. The jacuzzi/spa is right next to it. There were some issues with it running, but Patty helped my husband figure it out and he got it working again. We lost power one night, but it was easy to reset the Wi-Fi, which is in the hallway closet.
My cousin and I flipped for the main bedroom, and she won. No big deal because the 2nd king-sized bedroom was a decent size and looked out at the pool. It has the least desirable bathroom, but you can walk out to the pool area from there. The outdoor shower is also next to this bedroom.
The main bedroom is huge, the walk in closet could be another bedroom and the bathroom is great. It is large enough to hold group exercising, and walks out to the pool area.
The other two bedrooms have 2 full/queen sized beds. The closets are larger than the 2nd king-sized bedroom; one is actually another walk-in closet, which my sister used as her changing area because she shared a room with our brother. Which, btw, was perfect. Not only did they have large separate beds, there were 2 individual sinks in the bathroom. It was perfect. My mom and 22 year-young daughter shared the other 2 full/queen bedroom, and it worked out perfectly because all of the bedrooms are large. Each of those bedrooms have sliders to walk out to the front.
Television is important to us, but we found it difficult to find local TV. However, my 80-year young mom figured out how to do it on the 2nd to last day. No big deal, but there should be a sheet explaining what to do. There are TV's in each bedroom the family/media room, which also has a desk and easy to use printer in it, and the kitchen.
I have no more room to write in this review but all I can say is go and enjoy your stay at this home. You won't be disappointed!
Beautiful property! Management staff was very responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay! Great 50th birthday ladies getaway!

Hailing from Canada this was the most logical place to buy a second home. Born and bred in Vancouver, Palm Springs is the perfect escape from the city and rain. I love the hiking the local mountains, taking in the design and architecture and the variety of events the desert offers from Modernism week, the Film Festival, Indian Wells tennis tournament and Coachella!
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this house when we rented it 7 years ago. A few years later I successfully outbid other offers and set about doing minor renovations and decorating to keep its mid century charm. I love the easy access to Palm Springs from Vancouver or LA, only 2 and a half hour flight or less, and the house is less than 15 minutes from the airport! With a morning flight you can be sitting poolside with a cocktail by noon.
What makes this property unique
The neighborhood is like a step back in time. Charming and retro and wonderfully in tact. Vintage furniture shops and hip restaurants. No big box stores here and if chain restaurants aren't your idea of cool you've come to the right place ;-)
