Palm Springs Perfection!

House was perfect! Mid century and gorgeous. You could not ask for a better location, amenities and the house is so stylish! We would come back in a heart beat! This is the definition of desert living in the best neighborhood.

Quiet, Cozy, and Perfect Location

We loved, loved, loved staying here. Located in very well kept and beautiful part of Vista Las Palmas. Walked for coffee every morning and loved seeing all the preserved mid-mod homes. Space for everyone yet felt very cozy and comfortable. Loved the layout for chilling on the couch with the big fireplace and TV. Pool area is like a resort with great palm and mountain views. Location is very quiet which we loved. Home is well equipped and clean. Fun decor gives you the PS vibe!

Screaming children for hours each day at home that shares backyard property line (other than 2) - should have been warned (Vacasa - home manager seemed to know about the noise); home not well-kept up (unrepaired wall and cabinet damage, etc.), primary bathtub/shower slippery when wet (need better traction), outdoor lights flashed for 15 minutes each night when turning on - then all lights on large outdoor tree stopped working altogether), living room furniture uncomfortable, low quality bedding and pillows, several doors don’t close properly, roof leaks in living room by island (video sent to Vacasa). Had to call property manager to bring toilet paper - for the price they charge per night, they should supply toilet paper (others at this cost level do).

Delightful home in an amazing area!

We loved our stay in this home! The owners have thought of everything and it’s perfectly equipped. We did reach out to the property manager about access out of the yard and they responded quickly! They had a key pad installed by the next day. Great service. The pool and ambiance app was right at our finger tips. This home has beautiful landscaping with cozy sitting areas in every spot possible. The artwork is perfect. We will be back.

Hot tub was broken and no help from Vacasa

The house was ok. I had to buy all soaps, shampoo and conditioners because only powder ones were provided. The hot tub did not work and I received no help in rectifying the solution. Vacasa wanted to charge me to heat the pool and tried to tell me the location was not listed as having a hot tub even though it is in the main description of the house. The house itself is fine although a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. Great location though.

Nice place to be without a key!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, but would have had a better time if we could have used the front gate, instead of the garage door. We loved the pool but it took nearly 3 days to figure out the controls. This is not the house for anyone who might be concerned that they could not exit during an emergency that cut off electricity. Much holiday time wasted trying to sort out egress, pool and spa, and television. Customer service was the only thing lacking in what would otherwise have been such a perfect place!
