Exclusive Villa Margarita with private pool in Puerto del Carmen- Los Mojones
The beautiful villa offers extremely comfortable living, mixed with the charm of an old Canarian finca, in the sought-after exclusive quiet location of Los Mojones Puerto del Carmen. Only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and the old town.
Enjoy the large heated pool facing south, which offers complete privacy. The garden with typical Canarian flora, the large furnished terrace for eating together, barbecuing, sunbathing and spending time outdoors.
The living room
The villa has three separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a large double bed (1.8mx2m) and private bathroom, bedroom 2 also with a large double bed (1.6mx2m) and private bathroom and bedroom 3 with 2 separate single beds and an open section of the room with a bunk bed (0.9mx2m) ,
Another sleeping facility is a small extra room with a sofa bed.
The third bathroom is in the hallway.
All bathrooms have showers.
The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and oven.
The large living room has an electric fireplace for cozy warmth on cold evenings and cozy TV evenings with German and English satellite channels.
The dining room offers space for up to 10 people, in which a safe for your valuables is well hidden.
There are also 2 private parking spaces in front of the villa.
