We rented the home during parents weekend/homecoming. As such, we knew we were going to pay a premium. The house was impeccably clean. The hosts were extremely responsive when we had an issue to work through (which was not their fault). They were courteous, responsive, and very kind to deal with. The home itself is very well taken care of and well furnished. I would definitely recommend it to others. I was very impressed by the hosts themselves as well as the home and the condition it was in.

We were in Athens for a family wedding and the house was perfect. It was very comfortable, great common living space to hang out together, well appointed kitchen with generous amenities of coffee, tea etc. Very convenient location. This property was even better than advertised! Spacious, yet cozy — lots of attention was given to details that made our experience great! The home was also in a great location — walking distance to the Oconee River Park (.5 miles) and only a 5-minute drive from downtown Athens. The host was responsive to questions leading up to our stay and I am confident that she’d have been equally attentive had we had any issues during our stay. We didn’t though, and wewould stay again!

Lovely house to stay in!!

The house was gorgeous and spacious. The host was great at communicating and providing us with everything we needed to have a great stay! This place is dog friendly and my 2 dogs loved it! I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Athens.
