In 2023, the home was extensively renovated with great attention to detail, including a new kitchen, solar energy, and a drinking water filtration system. The finca spans two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a separate office with beautiful views. Air conditioning keeps the living area and upstairs bedrooms comfortable, complemented by fans and mosquito nets. Fast Wi-Fi and a TV with streaming services are also available. Ideally for families with children incl. crib and highchair.

The modern kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—something guests consistently highlight in their reviews. Outside, you’ll find two spacious terraces, a lounge area, and a large pool with sun beds (11 x 5 m), perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade, or enjoying a BBQ in the evening.

The location offers both privacy and convenience: shops, markets, beaches, and the mountains are all within a short drive. Campanet itself is a charming, non-touristy village—ideal if you’re looking to experience the real Mallorca. Cyclists will also love the direct access to quiet backroads leading into the Tramuntana.
