Newly updated and remodeled bathroom and floor in 2019 along with recent complete remodel in 2014, spacious Studio condo. New bathroom includes glass sliding door shower.

One of the nicest and best locations at the Kihei Bay Surf. Quiet 2nd floor location away from the street, and fully equipped!!! King Size Bed, Hawaiian themed, granite counter tops, Queen pullout sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, new appliances, 32 inch flat screen tv, blu-ray/dvd player(with access to Netflix and other online services), free wifi wireless internet, beach gear, Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, and more. Only steps from the beach.

*As of March 2023 laundry room is unavailable due to flooding with no projected date for reopening. Laundry facilities are located off Lipoa St. about a mile away with coin operated machines

We are now accepting reservations for the remainder of the year and into 2024 and beyond.

Had a great time. The condo was clean and cozy. I borrowed one of the beach chairs when I went to the beach. The only thing I wish the condo had was a cookie sheet or a flat pan. I bought a frozen pizza which I planned to bake in the oven. I ended up cutting the pizza in half and I used a cake pan.Thanks again,Richard

The four of us just stayed one night after returning from Hana but it was comfortable and allowed us easy access to the airport. Hosts were great and we were grateful that the place was ready for us 30ish minutes early.

We live in Denver, Colorado area most of the year, but we look forward to spending a few weeks in Maui every year. We purchased this unit earlier this year and have put a lot of hard work and effort into making it a condo that would be updated, clean, and have all well equipped.

We invite you to share our home away from home in the beautiful Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this unit in the beginning of 2013 since we have a lot of history with this complex.
It was hard finding the perfect way to vacation in Maui. After several vacations we finally stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf and loved it. We rented here several times through the years and loved it so much we decided to purchase our own condo here in 2011. Many of the units here are in major need of updating and some located too close to the noisy South Kihei Rd. This unit was perfect for us because of its quiet 2nd floor location, private Lanai, and peek a boo ocean view. We made it a priority to get this place up to our standard 'nice and inviting'. Too often do you see the wicker style furnished units in Maui. We wanted a more luxurious, seaside themed decor.
