Once you top the driveway, Hoosier Bunny Mine is carefully perched facing the Chalk Cliff Gulch allowing for 360 degree panoramic views of Chalk Creek Canyon. With large decking surrounding all four sides of the chalet, you will never need to search for a heavenly view. Richly stained walls showcase floor to ceiling windows allowing for awe inspiring views of abundant wildlife, spectacular bird watching, as well as glorious sunrises and sunsets.
Newly appointed decor alongside perfectly selected antique furnishings unfolds to a time past. Cozy metal platform beds are appointed with faux fur comforters. Each room begs for a day covered in snowfall. With two separate bathrooms, you'll experience sirene privacy complete with amenities. Ron and I started constrution of Hoosier Bunny Mine in early 2020. Little did we know what was to unfold during the extraordinary year of building. Needless to say, building HBM took longer than originally planned. Honestly, we are still tweeking the various
property!
When we located the two acre lot, we were covered with goosebumps. Instantly, we knew this was the perfect location. The crisp air, majestic mountains and abundant wildlife made it an easy choice.
