Welcome to The Coastal Cottage! Minutes to downtown Newport, you can enjoy this fully renovated cape! Relax on the outdoor patio, enjoy meals in the beautiful expansive kitchen, and rest on the luxury plush mattresses. You can also visit the local beaches, Sweet Berry Farm, taste the local cuisine, and enjoy the many artisan shops in downtown Newport. All areas of this home are well equipped for a group of eight, with the large sectional, expanding dining room table, and kitchen settings.

This is a brand new listing on Airbnb. For reviews, please see our reviews on our other property in Middletown that we have been renting since summer 2021: VRBO 2502271.

Also, we will be installing a hot tub at the property in the backyard for guests to use. Pictures will be posted as soon as it is installed.
