The Greenhouse: A peaceful retreat minutes from all Williamsburg has to offer

At the Greenhouse you are minutes to everything Williamsburg has to offer; Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, the College of William and Mary, Yorktown Battlefield, local wineries and breweries, and restaurants galore!

Our house is set on a spacious, private location while still being just a few miles away from all the great attractions. There is plenty of room for a family to spread out as well as rooms to gather together. Enjoy being outside- you may even catch a glimpse of some deer, turkeys, and other wildlife and spend time cooling off in the private pool (open seasonally).

Inside there is a game room with a poker table and board games, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and a washer and dryer. Everything to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possible.

The Pet Resort at Greensprings is located right next door. Ask for availability for Doggy Daycare so you can enjoy a longer day away without having to worry about your pets.

What an amazing property that is truly pet friendly in every way. Comfortable beds, spacious living spaces and well appointed kitchen. Our hosts were truly gracious. We only stayed 3 nights and I wish we’d stayed longer!

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful retreat! The property is gorgeous - surrounded by greenery - sitting on the porch felt very serene. The house itself was well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was also great - it was close to attractions in Williamsburg and Jamestown. Highly recommend the Virginia Capital Trail nearby (we rented bikes at Spoke & Art Provisions Co. only 5 min away, and it was one of the highlights of our trip)! Would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greensprings; surrounded by nature and a short drive to all of the major sites around Williamsburg, it was a perfect spot for our family of 6. The pool was a bonus, our evenings were spent swimming and playing corn hole. Mornings were spent on the front porch, sipping coffee and watching for deer, we saw several in the field leading up to the house. The washer and dryer was a plus and the owners made sure we had all of the necessities. The board games were welcomed, we had a couple rainy evenings and there was even a sno-cone maker with syrups. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit the Historic Triangle, it is perfectly located and provides some peace and quiet after a day of touring the historic sites.

The house was perfect for my family vacation to Williamsburg! The location is near all of the attractions and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The home itself is well appointed and everything you need is there. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area was very nice as well. Jill is a fantastic host and was very communicative before and during our stay, she made our visit seamless and was available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely rent it again when visiting Williamsburg.

The description of the house was spot on. The location was beautiful & somewhat secluded which was a nice surprise. The pool is large; excellent for kids!! As large & roomy as the house is it was very clean. Only one area we were disappointed in. The downstairs bathroom did not have hot water (warm). We contacted our host & he was there almost immediately. However, the hot water remained an issue. For future stays, water heater needs replaced. The bathtub downstairs needs better access for older guests. In saying all that, I would definitely return & recommend this beautiful home to anyone who visits this area. Close to so many restaurants, entertainment etc! Great communication with hosts.

Great stay - appreciated that it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items. We especially loved the pool. You will hear the dogs barking at the pet resort next door, but overall it didn't bother us and we liked watching the dogs arrive in the mornings. Would stay again!

The house and location were fantastic. The kitchen, laundry, and bedroom amenities were well stocked and very clean. The location was a few miles drive from downtown Williamsburg. We were able to visit Jamestown, Yorktown, and colonial Williamsburg within a 15 minute drive. We texted the owners a couple times for recommendations on restaurants and they provided a response within minutes. All great recommendations. There is a lot of great restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again!
