Living/Dining areas:
Living room is tastefully decorated with a 65" smart TV with both Apple TV & Roku for lots of streaming options. A Sonos Arc gives you robust sound throughout. Beautiful views and direct access to the pool from a large 10 foot glass slider or enjoy a cozy fire in front of the large, original mid-century fireplace.

Dining room has a custom built-in bar and a dining table for 6 with an optional extension for up to 8. Glass sliders allows direct access to the pool and patio with its own outdoor dining area including a built-in BBQ grill.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is original, which mid century modern enthusiasts will appreciate and gives that retro flair that Palm Springs is famous for. Modern updates include a brand new dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. Kitchen is fully stocked including a Moccamaster coffee maker, Vitamix blender, All-Clad cookware and more.

Bedrooms:
Primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new Tuft & Needle mattress, LL Bean sheets, Hue smart lighting, 55" smart TV with Roku, and a sleek chaise lounge that faces a glass slider with direct access to the pool with gorgeous mountain views. It has its own newly renovated bathroom with double vanities and opens directly to the pool area.

2 guest bedrooms. One with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed & desk. Both have been completely updated with brand new decor and furnishings including brand new Tuft & Needle mattresses, LL Bean sheets and Hue smart lighting.

Pool/Outdoor areas:
Enjoy full seclusion shrouded by 8 foot tall ficus trees ensuring complete privacy. The saltwater pool is very large by Palm Springs standards-a whopping 35 feet by 16 feet with an 8 foot deep end (a rarity!) for endless water fun. Enjoy mountain views as you relax in the covered overhead patio lounge with fire pit and high-end grade-A teak lounge chairs. A separate brand new saltwater spa/hot tub awaits you to relax in after your fun-filled day.

*Important Note*: Spa/hot tub heat is included free. Pool can be heated for $75/night (at cost). Please arrange this in advance if you would like the pool heated. Pool heat must span the entire stay or 7 days, whichever is shorter, as it takes 24-36 hours to heat the pool
