Perfect location in the heart of Florence. Why stay in a hotel room when you can have an entire apartment with a balcony ? Great 3 night stay. Just wish I could stay longer. AC was great and the bed was comfortable. The washing machine was an added bonus.

The place is definitely rustic. Clean, but could use some updates. The mattress has seen better days, bedding could be better. Water pressure is marginal and the bathroom could use some attention, let’s start with more and better hooks for towels, etc. The TV didn’t work, neither did the middle AC unit. The other two worked great and kept the place comfortable. The washer is tiny, but capable, once you figure it out. The check in process was very smooth and communication was great.

Location couldn’t be better. Easily walkable to most attractions. Lots of space! Shower / tub was narrow but you get used to it. Wouldn’t definitely stay here again. Having a laundry machine was really helpful!

This was our second trip to Europe. We stayed in this apartment in 2016 for our 35th wedding Anniversary and loved it so much that we came here again in 2025 for our retirement celebration. It is a perfect location and beautiful rental property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This cute apartment was in a great location and easy to walk to the main Florence attractions. We loved the roof patio for an evening glass of wine. Restaurants and market nearby. Hope to get back and would definitely stay here again.

This authentic Florence is well-sized and has everything a couple or small family could need for an extended stay in Florence. The apartment includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker, as well as a full kitchen, bathroom, living room with a pull-out couch, and large bathroom. We loved our time there! The location is very convenient to so many attractions, but warning: the area can be loud at night. Also, note that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift.
