We are small dog friendly - I live on the second floor with my little Nikki - YOU WILL LOVE YOUR OWN SCREENED PORCH AND GAS GRILL IS RIGHT OFF THE PORCH - THIS SWEET NEIGHBORHOOD IS GREAT FOR WALKING - BIKING - SHORT HOP TO DOWNTOWN - MUSIC IS AROUND YOU SOMEWHERE MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK AND DONT MISS OUR FESTIVALS-PORCH FEST - SEAFOOD FEST-OYSTER FEST-CHILLI COOKOFF the Marci Gras Dog parade AND MORE
COME EXPLORE YOU WONT WANT TO LEAVE

Cool nights and mornings and warm sunny days are the winter norm. Walk bike or golf cart around. You want to leave - The first time I Crossed the bridge I said to Nikki, I think we found a new home!! Come enjoy the slower life style. We have a whole house water filtration system. One level living and I have a Chef ready kitchen fully equipped you don’t need to bring a thing. All the guests comment how they love all the special touch’s and goodies that are included, Nespresso coffee maker too
