Our stay was perfect! The property was comfortable with exceptional views across the valley for sunrises and down the valley too. Our first evening we sat and watched beautiful fireworks happening miles away. The grounds are beautiful too. The area surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. I asked the host Jacob several questions and he was very quick to respond. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Clean home, fresh towels and bedding, just very responsive, view is of a small pond on property but bear both Cayuga and Seneca lakes which have lots of places to eat and wineries/breweries. Ithaca is nearby and the farmers market is worth it but get there early!

The property was just as described. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The deck was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening star gazing. We’d definitely stay again on a future visit to the Ithaca area

There are 18 stairs leading to this garage apartment/unit. I was unaware of this. Also, the window box AC unit in the main bedroom was extremely loud. It turned on and off all night, but did work effectively. The second bedroom is essentially a storage space it worked for our needs though. The host was extremely nice and responsive. I felt safe traveling with just my mom and daughter.
