The fully furnished house boasts lots of natural light with beautiful lake views, a large screened deck and outdoor seating area, and beautifully appointed bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. Watch the sunset, cook your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or outside on the propane/charcoal grill, and enjoy peace and quiet in one of the four large bedrooms or two living room spaces equipped with smart TVs, board games, and access to large collection of movies/shows on our Plex TV account as well as access to your own streaming services,

In order to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible, we have a reasonable checkout list for guests to complete (take out trash, start dishwasher etc).

$1000 security deposit required. Full refund for cancellation outside of 30 days minus credit card processing fees.

Guests will receive detailed self-checkin instructions 2 days prior to arrival and a personalized Key Code will be sent at the time of check-in.

Staff is available for emergencies.

Quiet community of dirt roads with full and part time residents.

Easy access to anything by car, but you're sure to enjoy it more if you travel by boat!

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE, NO FIRES OF ANY KIND

This property is equipped with a noise sensor AND exterior cameras that are recording at all times - one also located on the dock. There is also an interior noise monitor.
