Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine

Our stay was wonderful from even before we got there. We were coming in before a blizzard and Mike reached out to us the day before to warn us and see if we needed any help. My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The location is ideal, walking distance from everything yet on a quiet street. The whole space was incredibly clean, and had all necessary amenities and more. Of note, the space is impeccably decorated and stocked with all essentials. Exceptional place to stay when visiting the Mystic area. It’s just a short walk to downtown shopping and several great restaurants, which made everything very convenient.We especially enjoyed the local church bells—they played music throughout the day but stayed quiet at night, which was perfect.When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and very welcoming. The digital entry was simple and hassle-free. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with quality dishes, and we absolutely loved the espresso machine. Having a stacked washer and dryer was also a great bonus.We drove a midsize SUV and had no trouble parking, as long as everyone pulled forward and stayed within the marked brick outlines in the gravel area.Sometimes when traveling you expect a few rough edges, but everything here was truly top-notch. Mike was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We would absolutely stay here again!

Another lovely weekend at this wonderful historic home just a few minutes walk away from the Mystic River Historic District. Absolute perfection

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The place was immaculate, updated and worth every penny. The location is close to the “action”, but removed from the traffic and noise. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

Hi, I'm Mike. I grew up just over the line in Rhode Island and I have deep connections to the area. As a young adult I moved south, which was fine for a while but sometimes you have to leave home to appreciate the specialness of where you came from.

Time slows down here along the coast. If you allow yourself to become part of it, you too will return again.

Why they chose this property

I feel truly lucky to own a home in such a beautiful spot right in Mystic! Although the house was built in 1845, most of the original elements were gone when I bought the house a few years ago. The property has been a multi-family home for many decades. It has been fun remodeling and giving each of the units a unique look. Hopefully you will come back and have a stay in all of them!
