Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

We had a great stay here in Mystic. The location was hard to beat. We parked when we arrived and barely needed the car after that since downtown, the shops, restaurants, and bars were all just a short walk away.The place was exactly what we were hoping for. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. Everything was well stocked, and it was easy to feel at home.If you’re looking for a place that’s close to everything Mystic has to offer, I’d definitely recommend staying here. We’d absolutely book it again.

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The location is ideal, walking distance from everything yet on a quiet street. The whole space was incredibly clean, and had all necessary amenities and more. Of note, the space is impeccably decorated and stocked with all essentials. We are already talking about returning to mystic and staying with this host again!

Stayed here with my spouse for a business/pleasure trip—he was at a conference part of each day and we explored the area each afternoon/evening. This property is impeccably clean, well-stocked with essentials, and a convenient base for visiting Mystic. We were in Unit 3, which provided the perfect living, kitchen, dining, and sleeping space for two. The bathroom is compact because this is an historic building where indoor plumbing for multiple units was an afterthought, but it’s clean and new and has a great little shower. The stairs to the second floor are on the steep side, so I’d stick with a ground floor unit if that’s an issue for you. (We had no problem.). The parking spaces in the driveway are snug (the host says that larger vehicles will need to park on the street) but worked just fine for our smaller Subaru. The host’s communication was timely, thorough, and helpful—he even checked to see if we had made dinner plans for our first night and then called the restaurant we planned to try on our behalf to confirm that they weren’t taking reservations and were indeed first-come, first-served through the summer. We opted for this property rather than staying at the outlying conference hotel. We paid 4/day more for this property than we would have for the hotel and were extremely pleased with our decision. We recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Exceptional place to stay when visiting the Mystic area. It’s just a short walk to downtown shopping and several great restaurants, which made everything very convenient.We especially enjoyed the local church bells—they played music throughout the day but stayed quiet at night, which was perfect.When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and very welcoming. The digital entry was simple and hassle-free. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with quality dishes, and we absolutely loved the espresso machine. Having a stacked washer and dryer was also a great bonus.We drove a midsize SUV and had no trouble parking, as long as everyone pulled forward and stayed within the marked brick outlines in the gravel area.Sometimes when traveling you expect a few rough edges, but everything here was truly top-notch. Mike was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We would absolutely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

I feel truly lucky to own a home in such a beautiful spot right in Mystic! Although the house was built in 1845, most of the original elements were gone when I bought the house a few years ago. The property has been a multi-family home for many decades. It has been fun remodeling and giving each of the units a unique look. Hopefully you will come back and have a stay in all of them!
