Please do not be alarmed by my lack of reviews :-) I have been using a different site for the past two years and currently have 72 reviews and Superhost status there.
Perfect location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely easy access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

Hello! My name is Kenny and I have lived in Wilmington for about 11 years now. I grew up in the Boston area and came down to NC to attend Elon University. Three years after graduating I decided to move here and have been enjoying it ever since. I work in the insurance field and spend a good chunk of my free time at the gold course. If you need someone to play with while you are in town just let me know!
Why they chose this property
I have been operating the home as a short term rental since December 2020 and the obvious financial motivation has become a secondary benefit. It feels great to read reviews of guests who have stayed and had a good experience. My goal is to be able to offer extremely affordable rates for travelers who would prefer the space and amenities that a whole home offers. I try to stay up to date on rates and always aim to be at the lower end for similar lodging options. I live less than 10 miles from the home and am extremely accessible and responsive. I look forward to hosting you and your guests!
What makes this property unique
The home was originally a three bedroom but I converted one of them into an office space. If you want or need to get any work done while you are here you will have a perfect space.
