Beautiful 2700 sq ft open floor plan home with large kitchen, sunroom, 4 level deck and covered porch with gas grill and relaxing view of Lake Hamilton. Perfect for boaters with easy access to Hulsey Public boat and kayak launches or walk out the back gate to fish on the bank or pier. Gated and locked boat parking and outdoor fish cleaning station. 3 King beds, 2 futons, Queen double-stack airbed, 5 recliners and plenty of seating indoors and out. 65 inch smart tv in living room and 40+ inch smart tvs in all bedrooms - just bring your passwords to log in to your favorite streaming. Outdoor games provided as well as indoor games, books, movies and puzzles for adults and kids. Great neighborhood for walking with no through traffic. We offer a 10% discount to active and retired military. Ring security cameras are at both doors. No pets allowed.
