The house and property exceeded expectations. The kitchen had high quality appliances and each room and bathroom were decorated to the highest standards. The game room ran the entire length of the home and left nothing to the imagination. The hosts even provided a library of children's books and games. Communication was perfect. Not intrusive but always responsive. The amount of time, energy and dollars the hosts put into the property were very evident all around us. I wish all my rentals could be this nice.

Great house in a great location!

This house is newly renovated and it’s beautiful. It’s also right on the golf course which is very cool. The rooms are all good sized and the living/dining area was nice and big. The grounds were nice and we loved the fire pit.

This house was a perfect home away from home. The kitchen was better equipped than any rental property I have stayed at and the linens, etc were all new and good quality. The kids loved the basement area and jacuzzi which made for great and easy entertaining. The one time we had an issue Adrian was communicative and quick to address.

It was a pleasure hosting Kathyn and her family for their two-month stay. They took excellent care of the house, kept everything clean and well maintained, and were very communicative throughout their stay. We truly appreciated how respectful and responsible they were, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would be happy to welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to any host considering their book

Wonderful Windham Stay

We loved our winter season at Adrian and Alexandra's beautiful home! The kitchen was a wonderful place to gather with our friends. Our children loved the basement with all the games and activities and the hot tub and fire pit areas were used frequently! Adrian and Alexandra were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we would wholeheartedly recommend their home to anyone who is going to be visiting Windham.

Wedding Weekend

The property listing was spot on. It was spacious, comfortable, very well kept, and a great location. Adrine gave us detailed instructions and helpful tips before we checked in. He reached out us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and provided a list of things going on in the area during the 4th of July week. We hope to return soon!

Much deserved family getaway

This home was PERFECT for our group. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bathrooms were so great it was hard to choose the one. The basement is very big and full of fun games. They had a comfy yard with open views of the mountains and a large hot tub. Great location in the Catskills. Thank you Adrian and Alexandra. You are fantastic hosts.

Turnkey Property for Families

My family just completed our stay and had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as listed and couldn’t have been more convenient to Windham Mountain Club. The technology is up to date (TVs, WiFi, Kitchen and Appliances), the house is extremely clean and the activities for the kids are plentiful. We were especially happy with the bathrooms (water temp, pressure, products and cleanliness) and the hot tub which was clean and at temp when we arrived. Really happy with this property and ownership who were very communicative.
