We are passionate about nature, outdoor living, and creating unique spaces that blend modern comfort with beautiful surroundings. Originally from the Transylvanian and Carpathian Mountains of Europe, we have always been drawn to the tranquility of green landscapes and mountain views.

When we discovered this property, we saw an opportunity to bring our vision to life. The house has a rich history—it was originally built by a WWII aviator who purchased the land as his private airstrip. Over time, the land transformed into a scenic golf course, leaving this home as a peaceful retreat in its center.

We fully renovated the house from the ground up, carefully designing every detail to provide a perfect balance of technology, luxury, and warmth. With high-end smart features, entertainment spaces, and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas, our goal was to create a space where guests can truly relax, unwind, and enjoy nature without sacrificing modern comforts.

The house is located in the unique location in the middle of the Golf course and with the ski slopes view. Just minutes from downtown Windham, you’ll be in proximity to all the best of the Catskills: Golf, ski, biking, water park, waterfalls, hiking trails lakes, dining, and winery .
During the summer months, guests can enjoy a peaceful walk through the wooded forest beside the property, which leads to a serene and completely private riverfront area reserved exclusively for our guests. This hidden spot features Adirondack-style chairs surrounded by soft outdoor lighting—an ideal place to unwind, listen to the gentle whisper of the water, and enjoy the quiet beauty of nature.
Our home is located right on the golf course, offering the perfect blend of mountain views, outdoor activities, and relaxing natural spaces for the whole family. The home was recently renovated and features bright finishes that give the home a modern farmhouse style.

Our home is designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation, featuring a variety of amenities:
• Outdoor Living & Dining: Enjoy nature by our outdoor fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. We also have a pizza oven and a grill, ideal for those who love to cook. In summer, you can use our volleyball/badminton court—we set up a net so you can play whichever you prefer.
• Entertainment Basement: A fully equipped space for fun, including a pool table, ping-pong table, and a restored pinball machine that brings nostalgic charm. There’s also a large TV, a bar, and a music system—connect your phone to the ceiling speakers or turn on the disco lights with Alexa for a fun atmosphere. Additionally, we have two arcade machines, one loaded with thousands of classic games.

• A twin-bed room with a scenic mountain view.
• A king-bed suite with stylish, new furnishings.
• A queen-bedroom, thoughtfully designed for comfort.
• The master bedroom, featuring a king bed, direct access to an eight-seat jacuzzi, and a double shower—a guest favorite!
• Expansive Deck & Scenic Views: Our 2,000 sq. ft. deck offers an outdoor bar, an eight-seat dining table, and a peaceful setting under a majestic oak tree, where you can enjoy meals with breathtaking mountain views.
• Chef’s Kitchen & Coffee Bar: A modern kitchen with high-end smart appliances makes cooking a pleasure. We provide a built-in espresso machine, a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker, so you can enjoy your favorite brew any time.
• Surrounding Nature & Activities: Located within a golf course, the house is surrounded by lush greenery with unobstructed mountain views. Guests can explore hiking trails, go climbing, or take a scenic walk on the golf course. In the summer, guests can enjoy a short walk through the woods to a completely private riverfront area, reserved only for our guests.
