Well appointed condo with absolutely everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Plus, we own the condo directly across the hall as well. Book them both for larger family or friend reunions. See listing #272941. We also have a one bedroom/bath on 1st floor in same building. See listing # 478736.
In unit washer/dryer combo unit. Updated kitchen and bathrooms outfitted with cabinets made by a pro. Smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms, balcony for cool fall and winter evenings, wood-burning fireplace, third floor for privacy, quiet, and security, Wi-Fi, printer, stroller, crib, high-chair, child utensils, iron, 2 bicycles, helmets, and locks for guest use, 1 car garage, indoor pool and sauna in courtyard, one full-sized beds and a trundle in second bedroom, pull-out sofa with storage in it and extra blankets/pillows. Enjoy our record player for a retro vibe.BBQ grill in fenced common area, coin operated washer-dryer facility for bigger items. Indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, game room with billiards and ping pong! If you're making a reservation beginning July 2026 we will have a king bedroom set in the primary bedroom.

Walk or ride bicycles to CSU or to downtown dining and shopping. We've left a list of all our local favorites. Most of Fort Collins festivals and races begin minutes from our location. Avoid parking hassles since you are in the thick of it all. Fort Collins has a bike and scoooter rental program.

Parents visiting CSU students, professionals in town short-term, racers, families visiting friends, couples in for a romantic weekend, and those coming to town for special events or conferences will all be comfortable here.

Note: This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967. The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the third floor of a walk-up building. The stairs are inside of secured building so weather is not an issue when going up and down stairs.

Amazing location, you dont ever need to drive! This rental has all the amenities you'll need for a long stay. Lola was great to work with, and the TV soundbar was an upgrade I wish all rentals had!

Nice enough place, but not for 5 adults. Bunk beds in 2nd bedrm not quite big enough for 2 adults. Adults in a top bunk is no fun. Carrying luggage to third floor was unexpected. Good location though.

Fort Collins Apartment.

There were 7 of us. 2 seniors, 2 adults and a 15, 13 and 5 year old. There were several sleeping options. The bunk beds are full size beds plus there’s a trundle bed. Then a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I spent one night on the couch which makes out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and it actually slept pretty good also. Everything we needed kitchen wise was available. Lola was easy to contact and fast to reply. The location of the property is very nice you’re just about a half mile walk to the historic downtown area and it’s flat so it’s a easy walk to do. The historic downtown is awesome, a must see. Things I wasn’t fond of was all the stairs, it’s a third floor apartment and dragging the luggage up and down was a pain but I’m sure the exercise was good for me. The bathrooms could use a few more towels and washcloths. Other that that is was a nice place to stay. T Lancaster

Our first trip to Fort Collins, this city is awesome. Our condo was the perfect location for our visit and our activities. The exterior of the building doesn’t look great but the condo was as advertised, very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is 5 stars. Perfect access to campus and downtown. The bikes were a great addition to the rental. The owner was very prompt in answering our questions. The unit itself is a little tired - a 3 star rating. The couch needs replacing and the other furnishings are showing their age. All combined I'd give it 4 stars.

The apartment is just as the pictures show. It is located within walking distance to town. We ended up renting the other apartment last minute as our group grew. It was right across the hall and was nice that we were all together.

This property was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. It was clean, in a great neighborhood close to Old Town and Campus, and well maintained. The stairwell constantly smelled of marijuana which was a negative every time we had to enter and exit the condo. Other than that our stay was lovely.

We had a great time and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us.

The condo location is perfect for us and having access to the garage was huge since we brought along our 4 mountain bikes. Laura was very responsive to our questions as well. We will definitely contact Laura again in the future. We have 2 sons who live in Fort Collins but it was so nice having a place to get away to.

Wonderful, very comfortable apartment!! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and is a great opportunity to cook-in. We had a group of 6 adults and we did a bike tour of the breweries, which are an extremely convenient biking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable

We were in Fort Collins for four days to get our oldest son settled in at CSU. In addition to my husband and I, we had our two younger (12 & 15) children with us also and wanted something better than a hotel room. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable, close to CSU and also to Old Town for dinners and interesting wandering, and with a grocery store two blocks away for breakfast/snacks/etc supplies. The bikes and pool were definite perks also. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Collins and our son.

As a Colorado native you can imagine that we love all things outdoors which makes Fort Collins a perfect place to be. Just minutes to Horsetooth Resevior or hiking/snow sports/camping/fishing up the Poudre Canyon or in Lory State Park. Miles of paved bike paths.

Why they chose this property

We love to stay downtown and found these units to give us the most space for the price in this fantastic location. We liked having a pool for the kids too. And, this particular unit has been so nicely remodeled that we couldn't resist the opportunity to own two places right across the all from each other.

The stairs are inside of secured building so weather is not an issue when going up and down stairs. As with any building with shared units you can sometimes smell what people are cooking or smoking inside of their units in the hallways and stairwells.

What makes this property unique

The indoor pool and sauna are a rare find! As well, being so close to CSU in Old Town is perfect for attending sports and other events at CSU (you can easily walk or ride to the new stadium). Not only do you have off-street parking but you have a one car garage.
