Building has indoor pool, sauna, billiards table, work-out room, ping-pong room and courtyard with nice stainless steel grill for guest use. Living room provides additional sleeping room with sofa sleeper. Two bicycles are provided for your use and there is also a covered off-street/reserved parking spot. Two blocks to CSU and just two the other direction to the start of all the Downtown shopping and dining. Need more space? We live in and love Fort Collins. We have two other condos in this building and have put our heart into improving the common areas here as well. We love this location and often stay in the condos ourselves when we want to attend late night events downtown or when we have friends we want to get together.
Why they chose this property
We bought another condo here because we wanted to be able to offer a place to stay in the same location that was better suited for smaller parties, yet allowed the flexibility of renting the other two as well for larger parties. We also liked the fact that this unit is on the first floor which is good for travelers who can't tolerate stairs.
What makes this property unique
The great thing about this condo is that it is large for a one bedroom. It doesn't fill cramped even if there is a couple and children. We have an exceptionally well stocked kitchen--not just the basics. The condo is artistic and there are things to catch your eye in each room. The location can't be beat.
