About this property
Downtown Riverfront Condo | River + Skyline Views
Summary:
Wake up to the Cumberland River right outside your window. This downtown condo sits on the riverfront with a private balcony over the water and skyline — a view most Nashville rentals don't have. Bright and full of character, with a king bed and sleeper sofa that sleeps 4. Broadway is about a mile away (a short walk or quick ride), First Horizon Park is a 5-minute walk, and Germantown is a few blocks over. Free parking, gym, laundry, and a summer pool. Great for couples or a small group downtown.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked — pots, pans, bakeware, and the basics for cooking a real meal in. There are smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, so you can log into your own streaming accounts.
The bedroom is bright and colorful, with a TV, a clothing rack, and a dresser. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed, so the place sleeps four.
The private balcony over the Cumberland River is the spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, away from the noise of Broadway. In the cooler months, the fireplace gives you the same quiet retreat indoors.
Things to know
The unit is on the first floor — no stairs or elevator.
Parking: there's plenty of open parking right in front of the unit. No assigned spots, so take whichever is easiest.
Entry: the door uses an e-lock with a unique code that's reset after each stay. You'll get your code before check-in.
Early check-in from 2 PM and late checkout until 12 PM are available when the calendar allows — just ask.
Guest Access:
Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenYou'll have the entire condo to yourself, plus access to the building's shared amenities.
The complex has a pool (open in the summer months, roughly Memorial Day through Labor Day), a fitness room, and a shared laundry room — all available to you during your stay. Parking is right out front, with open spots you can use anytime.
The unit itself is fully yours start to finish, with nothing off-limits inside. I'm reachable by message if anything comes up, but otherwise the space is your own.ities offered at our complex.
The Neighborhood:
You're right on the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville, tucked between downtown and Germantown — close to everything, but on the quieter, riverfront edge of it.
Broadway and the honky-tonks are about a mile away — a 15-to-20-minute walk along the river or a short rideshare when you'd rather not walk back. First Horizon Park is just a few blocks for a Nashville Sounds game, and Nissan Stadium is across the river, walkable on game days.
Germantown is a few blocks north and worth the trip on its own — one of the city's best food neighborhoods, with spots like Rolf and Daughters and Butchertown Hall, plus the Nashville Farmers' Market. For something quieter, the Bicentennial Capitol Mall park and the State Capitol are a short walk in the same direction.
Best for people who want to be downtown for the music and nightlife but come back to a calm spot on the water instead of a busy hotel block.
Getting Around:
Downtown Nashville is genuinely walkable from here, so for a lot of your trip you won't need a car. Broadway is about a mile on foot, First Horizon Park is a few blocks, and Germantown's restaurants are a short walk north.
For anything farther, Uber and Lyft are everywhere downtown and usually just a few minutes away — the easy call for a late night on Broadway so nobody's driving. If you do drive in, there's free parking right out front.
The riverfront greenway runs right past the building if you want to walk or run along the Cumberland. And Nashville's B-cycle bike share has a station a short walk away if you'd rather get around on two wheels.
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about a 15-minute drive, so getting in and out is simple.
Other Things to Note:
** The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season
** Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter
** Key card will be hanging by the front door
** Pool is open from April-October
** Free covered parking on the premises
** We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray
** The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane
**Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners!
We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!

Janna, thank you for the 10/10! So glad you loved the central location and walkability. It was a pleasure hosting you—come back anytime when Nashville calls again!
Property was great! Very clean, cute, and in a great location! Pictures are very accurate and host was quick to get information regarding checkin/out in a timely manner. The only suggestion I will make is that if you plan on utilizing the pull out couch as a bed, bring a fluffy mattress cover to soften the blow of the mattress springs. But other than that, we had zero complaints.

James was responsive with every question. There was construction going on but we knew that before the stay. Was a short Uber ride to downtown.

Quick weekend trip
Me and my friend came for a quick weekend trip for our first time to Nashville. I was a very fun trip and we got to hit a lot of the places we wanted. It was a bit difficult to walk some of the places due to distance and at night there were some scary people that would make two girls walking alone very uncomfortable. Overall it was a great trip we just ended up Uber Inc. a lot more than expected the place itself was very clean and safe.

Very close to all, quick Uber rides, not the best neighborhood however we Would stay again. Clean room, fun decor. Bed was very comfortable! Negatives- we flew and spent a lot. Water bottles, better shower soaps and other extras would have been nice to have in the unit. Hot bedding, kitchen sink sprayed water everywhere but overall good stay!

We had a great stay at this super cute getaway spot. Love being on the 1st floor, loved the decor, loved the location. We walked everywhere! (We are a family that doesn’t mind walking) the only disappointment was the lack of kitchen supplies. There isn’t a sheet pan, or any spatulas. Makes it hard to cook a full meal. We managed though!
We would def stay again!

Okay so this was our first time not staying in this area! I will say as far as location goes, it’s perfect! Quick Uber ride downtown and a fairly quiet area with beautiful views! James was amazing! We were in town for my birthday and upon request a bottle of champagne and glasses were waiting on the counter! We even had some furry friends appear outside while we were enjoying the PICTURE PERFECT VIEW of the river! A couple of river otters have made their home right in the bank just feet from the balcony! I’ll add a photo of our new otter friends! The second day of our stay was spent in the condo all day due to a migraine, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home while not feeling well! I could go on and on! But I think y’all get the point! lol BOOK IT! You won’t be disappointed!
Super easy to find and check in to! Location was close enough to Broadway we were able to walk home one night but we mostly used the paid scooters to get around. We went to a Sounds baseball game (super easy walk) as well as walking Broadway.
We had a few concerns about cleanliness in the bathroom which our host promptly addressed and remedied within an hour of us checking in.
We cooked in the kitchen while we were there. The basics were provided (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, olive oil spray, salt and pepper). We also went out and had leftovers so the microwave worked great as well to reheat.
While awake, I heard the train one time and it never kept me or woke me from sleeping. The first night our upstairs neighbor walked with full force around his place for about an hour while I was trying to sleep. After that we did not hear him.
The book left for residents to leave a note of their stay gave us great ideas to try to go visit in terms of restaurants or stores.
Overall I feel comfortable staying here on our next trip back to Nashville!!
