Perfect location for our Red Rocks concert. We rented e-bikes and had a fun day in Golden. House is close to everything and beds are comfortable. We will come again!

Cute place! Hostess was super friendly and helpful. My ONLY feedback is that the lighting in the bathroom isn't great. I was prepping for a wedding and needed more light.

This was a nice and clean place to stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. It was comfortable and the host was very accommodating! A great location for a visit to Red Rocks.

Wonderful place! Excellent kitchen, had everything we needed to cook bacon, rice, stir fry, you name it, the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the layout of this cute little 2 bedroom unit (it shares walls with similar units) - the plants all over make it so homey. The walkway upstairs was a fun birds eye view of the place. Laundry on site was appreciated, and all the thoughtful toiletries in the bathrooms, as was all the kleenex (our noses aren’t used to Denver’s dry air!) Be careful of the shower upstairs if you have small kids - the water came out burning hot a couple of times. The location is excellent, on a safe, quiet street and the huge mall is only 5 minutes away. We really enjoyed staying here and are so grateful to our host!

Host had a lot of amenities that were a nice surprise! Perfect location for us - 15 minutes from Red Rocks and lots of places to walk for breakfast and dinner. Comfy, well kept home.Couple little improvements - change out upstairs shower curtain, screen door is squeaky. Neighbors were a little noisy (children) but we weren’t around much during the day so wasn’t a big deal for us, but could be if you wanted to enjoy the adorable patio with no noise.

House was very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to interstate and grocery store/restaurants close by. Nice kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, however one bathroom was located downstairs away from bedrooms. The shower in that bathroom could have only been used by someone of small stature.

The house was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were in the area for a concert at Red Rocks and the house was just a 15 minute drive to the venue. We really enjoyed our stay.

While the property was easy to find and the host was easy to communicate with, the cleanliness of the home was sub-par. The couch had stains all over it. One of the pillows on the couch was stained, and the carpet in the dining room had stains all over it, which made it hard to settle in and feel comfortable.
