The house is a very nice, spacious house. The pool was great. It could be really warm even in cold weather. We loved that. The house was superficially clean but woodworks and windows and such not so much. TVs hard to manage. Internet was very bad. Cut out all the time. Beautiful location.

House was easily accessible for checkin and checkout. Owner was a little hard to get to respond Andre times . But the number you’re given to call upon arrival answers promptly. House was nice and clean. Could maybe use some new carpet/paint but that’s to be expected with rentals. Overall a nice place and i would rent again.

Disney Family Vacay

We love Windsor at Westside resort so conveniently located near the parks. The host was so helpful during our stay. The house was beautiful, and the hot tub was a favorite. The themed rooms made it atheistically pleasing and the game room was a hit for the Teens. We will definitely stay here again!

Giving this house 5 stars because overall it was nice. A few things we had issues with:-the code to the door did not work and we had to get a new one. This was done fairly quickly over text-the game room does not look like the photos. It only had a fuse ball table (with no ball) and a ping pong table-the hot tub was not hot and we had to ask for this on our second day and it took about 24 hours to get fixed. After that the hot tub was hot but then the pool also became quite warm -the carpets in some of the rooms are quite old and warn. The place overall could use a deep clean. We saw actual dirt streaks on walls.-the clubhouse area is very strict with rules such as no outside food or drink (they search your bag) and they don’t allow you to move the lounge chairs (personally just found this annoying). -the kitchen could use some more items, like a baking sheet, mixing bowls, dish rags and towelsHere are the positives:-house is large and spacious -items provided are a towel, wash cloth and hand towel for each person, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap and sponge, salt & pepper, cooking spray, garbage bags and some laundry pods.-management was very responsive via text-WiFi worked great-pantry was nice for food & cooler storage -plenty of plates, bowls & cups in kitchen-bathrooms were very clean upon arrival-has a grill on the patio-lots of parking on the street near the house-clubhouse has Free game room

Perfect for big groups!

A great 6 bedroom house which provides so much space! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare large meals for everyone to sit together and enjoy! Game room and pool entertains the kids easily! Community pool is very close to house and has an ice cream shop, bar, lazy river and playground in the pool for kids! Bery nice area! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Villa, But Terrible Management – A Disappointing StayWe stayed 15 nights at this 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa in Kissimmee. The house was spacious, well-decorated, and in a great location—close to Disney and ideal for a family trip. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a serious AC issue and poor handling by the property manager, Casiola Vacation Homes.The upstairs AC failed on day three and wasn’t fixed for 7 nights, with temps reaching over 90F. It made the upstairs unusable and sleeping nearly impossible affecting health. I reported it immediately; the owner contacted Casiola, but their response was awful. I received auto-replies with no meaningful updates. After several messages, their tone became dismissive.On day six of no AC upstairs, we found a note hanging on the door saying the AC was “working fine”—it clearly wasn’t. I sent thermostat photos proving otherwise, but nothing changed. Their replies even began to feel sarcastic, signing off with phrases like “Warmest regards”—which felt like mockery given the heat.We also had daily millipedes downstairs, which added to the discomfort.The owner did try to escalate the issue, which I appreciated but did not resolve the issue, after the trip, my follow-up message went unanswered.This home has potential, but Casiola’s management is unacceptable. Until they are replaced, I cannot recommend this property. I will avoid all listings managed by Casiola Vacation Homes going forward.

We are a family of 5, who started coming to Disney about 10 years ago. On our first trip to Disney, our then 4-year-old son with Autism had a difficult time navigating the tumultuous Disney property living. We tried renting a private home, and our son was able to enjoy the privacy and calm of having his own place to swim, relax, eat and enjoy family and friends. We decided to buy a vacation home in Kissimmee and we hope that other families experience the same tranquility of a private home during their Disney vacation.
