Property was as described, view from balcony was amazing, and easy access to all amenities. Loved the pool that you could just walk into on one end and pool was very large allowing plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed dinner at Flora-Bama on last night as we could just walk next door to enjoy it.

When we arrived the master bath and floors were dirty. Also the smoke alarm in master was chirping. I texted and emailed liquid life but they did not get back to me for 2 days. I told them we ended up buying a mop for floor and battery for smoke alarm. They did not seem too concerned and said they could send someone. By then we had already taken care of the problems.

Nice place and awesome location.

The condo was nice, direct to the beach which made a super easy access, along with the outside pool and inside pool. Close to most of the places we wanted to check out. Plan on coming back.

Beautiful condo with a great location

This condo is beautiful and great location (next to The Flora-Bama Bar, Yacht Club, liquor store and Old River Grille Restaurant!) beach was beautiful, not too busy, everything was super clean!

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The checkin process was incredibly easy and the condo was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our balcony time as well which had plenty of seating. Highly recommend this property!

Beautifully decorated condo

Absolutely loved the unit, it had everything we needed and was very convenient to beach and loved that it was next door to the Florabama. We will definitely try to stay here again.

One of the nicest units in Phoenix X

I've stayed at the Phoenix X many times and this was one of the nicest units ever. Well decorated and furnished, it was clean and comfortable for my friends and I. I will definitely be using this one again!
