Really cute house and area short distance from gruene and the river , I loved the easy checkout, but the door to the restroom did not shut all the way and there is a double door separating the two rooms making it easy to hear anything from each room.

Great location and place was very clean. There is a kitchen but no stove/oven just a microwave. Bathroom was great. Only problem was that you can here everything going on upstairs. It sounded like the guest up there were stomping all night and day. But I would recommend staying here

One night stay for wedding

We stayed one night after our daughter’s wedding and were wishing we could stay and enjoy the property longer. It was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and in a really fun location!

Clean, great location, walking distance to a coffee shop, cigar bar, martini bar, craft cocktail bar, and restaurants! Bring a white noise machine if you are sensitive to noise. There is a unit upstairs and you can hear them walking. With my sound machine, it didn’t bother me a bit.
