Enjoy true lakefront living in a quiet cove with a huge two-story dock featuring a bar, fridge and sink, plus kayak and paddleboard access right from the property. Bring your boat, relax on the multiple lakefront decks and screened porch, play a game of pool, or walk to Lake Norman State Park. With 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two living areas, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the lake.

PLEASE NOTE: We allow a maximum of 8 guests per booking including daytime visitors.

Any guest count over 8 violates our house rules, including anywhere on the property or dock, day or night.

Reservations that break house rules will be canceled and guests will be required to leave.

All refunds follow our posted cancellation policy.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OVER-OCCUPANCY.

8 Beach towels available but will need to be laundered along with pack and play sheets - these are not included in cleaning fee. 4 outdoor cameras for safety, two driveway facing and two back yard facing. Additional 2 cameras on the dock for safety as well as a doorbell camera. All cameras are in outdoor areas.

Plenty to explore nearby with several bars and waterfront restaurants. There is always live music nearby, even during the winter months.

Large dock slip — bring your boat or rent one. Dock lift and boat not available.

This home is personally owned and managed by us, and we enjoy spending time here ourselves. We care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
***This home is in a residential neighborhood and there are several families in the immediate vicinity with small children. We ask that loud noises be kept to a minimum after 10PM outside to not disturb those families.***

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $400 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.

Outdoor Grills & Cooking: Guests may not bring or use personal grills, griddles, smokers, fire pits, or other outdoor cooking appliances anywhere on the property. A charcoal grill is provided for guest use and must remain in its designated location and may not be moved.
