Reservations that break house rules will be canceled and guests will be required to leave.

1 Beach towel available per guest but will need to be laundered along with pack and play sheets - these are not included in cleaning fee.

4 outdoor cameras for safety, two driveway facing and two back yard facing. Additional 2 cameras on the dock for safety as well as a doorbell camera. All cameras are in outdoor areas.

Plenty to explore nearby with a The Pontoon stage, several bars and waterfront restaurants. There is always live music, even during the winter months.

Large dock slip for tying up your boat. Dock lift not available.

We do not allow animals since we use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family.

***This home is in a residential neighborhood and there are several families in the immediate vicinity with small children. We ask that loud noises be kept to a minimum after 10PM outside to not disturb those families.***

We will be redoing our bed configuration after October 10, 2025. The ground floor will be 4x full sized beds (removing bunk beds). Total bed count will be 4x full (2 per bedroom on ground floor), 1x queen (upstairs bedroom) and 1x king (upstairs bedroom). Pictures will be updated after the change is made.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $275 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
