Welcome to Nautical Nest, a stunning two-story penthouse condo perched above the peaceful waters of Lake Norman. With breathtaking views from both levels, this one-of-a-kind retreat is perfectly situated for a relaxing and stylish lake escape—complete with walkable access to some of the area's best waterfront restaurants and spa services right downstairs.

Inside, the sun-drenched living space boasts high ceilings, elegant walnut plank hardwoods, and designer touches throughout. There is condo access to the third floor via stairs or elevator.

Please note: Community pool is only available during pool season May 3rd - September 15th.

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
