My daughter and I found the location to be central to most things we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The house was comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. Our host was very responsive to our queries.

The home is well maintained and clean. It had everything that we needed. A quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. The home was dog friendly and has a fenced in yard that the dogs could roam freely without any worries. We would definitely come back to stay if we come back to the Richmond area. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is well located and quiet. For our three generation gathering, we enjoyed having four good-sized bedrooms for separate space as well as a large kitchen with an adjoining family room and dining room for shared activites. The large washer and dryer was also a big plus. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

This is a good location and Josh is very effective and responsive with his communication. But the closets are chock full of stuff so there wasn't a good place to hang long gowns for a wedding. Dusty dried floral arrangements are in need of a good cleaning and there was a broken light over the kitchen island. Nothing a little elbow grease and time can't fix. It was very quiet and close to many spots in Richmond.

The house was great Stayed for in town for son,s wedding and the house was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. House is on quiet street. Dog friendly. If you ever need that home away from home, we highly recommend.

Our host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family during our son’s University of Richmond graduation weekend.There were walking paths just a short distance away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The house and host were wonderful! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially when it came to cooking. Josh was very communicative and welcoming throughout our stay. The property is located in a lovely, quiet community. Although we didn’t get to explore the area much, there seemed to be plenty to see and do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
