The home is well maintained and clean. It had everything that we needed. A quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. The home was dog friendly and has a fenced in yard that the dogs could roam freely without any worries. We would definitely come back to stay if we come back to the Richmond area. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is well located and quiet. For our three generation gathering, we enjoyed having four good-sized bedrooms for separate space as well as a large kitchen with an adjoining family room and dining room for shared activites. The large washer and dryer was also a big plus. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
This is a good location and Josh is very effective and responsive with his communication. But the closets are chock full of stuff so there wasn't a good place to hang long gowns for a wedding. Dusty dried floral arrangements are in need of a good cleaning and there was a broken light over the kitchen island. Nothing a little elbow grease and time can't fix. It was very quiet and close to many spots in Richmond.

Our host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family during our son’s University of Richmond graduation weekend. There were walking paths just a short distance away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming.
