Very comfortable, felt like a very safe neighborhood, and the property manager was accessible. My only slight regret was that the kitchen only seemed to have a microwave (and maybe a toaster oven? It wasn’t accessible, as I recently had an injury and couldn’t get down on the floor to take it out of the cabinet it was in.) However, for the size and comfort of the space, the lovely bathroom, and my sense of safety, I was extremely pleased and would stay there again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. I’m really glad to hear that you found the space comfortable and that the neighborhood felt safe during your stay. It’s also great to know you enjoyed the bathroom and overall comfort of the space. I appreciate your note about the kitchen setup as well. There is a toaster oven available, and I’m sorry it wasn’t easily accessible for you during your stay. Your feedback is very helpful, and I’ll look into making it easier for future guests to access. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime. I’m glad to hear you would consider staying with us again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. So sorry to hear that it was a bit cold. We were unaware that the heater and the mini split were not working properly. We would have loved an opportunity to resolve that issue for you. Please come see us again.

Cute place! Great management, just be aware of the dog situation-

This was an out of the way very cute place!!! I do have a true Service Dog- And we did have some miscommunications over the ‘private dog run’ area pictured - please just be aware that there is another dog with a dog door right on the other side of the fence. A lot of people with pets wouldn’t mind this, but it just didn’t work for my Service dog, and not being outside to play when the other dog was out which happened immediately- to have an interaction with a dog running free on a chain-link fence that was partly Covered in plastic, Which would work for a lot of pet owners, but just please be aware. The kitchen sink drain does need a snake or maybe some Drano?, and I do have to agree with the other reviewers. It was very cold in there. But I’m not sure what you expect for Colorado! There was a space heater in there that was pretty hot to touch, but did well in the bathroom and I was already prepared with my own as I had read the other reviews, And in the state bring blankets or heat no matter where you go! Again, nice place, the location was beautiful. The owner was extremely nice even though the dog situation didn’t work, Both extremely friendly. The property management company dealing with this place as well were nice as could be- And very responsive!Despite this specific place, not working for me because of the dog on the other side of the fence, it would probably work for a lot of people, overall it’s a great place with great management- I regret it didn’t work for us!

Thank you for your feedback Erika. We do take every bit of feedback and make changes to create an outstanding experience for every guest. The dog run is a private area for guests only. As with any yard, there may be dogs on the other side of the fence. We have placed a tarp on the fence to provide even more privacy and the dog area is cleaned after each guest stay. There are two gates to access the dog run that can only be opened by a human. One leads to the door of the rental and the other to open land for running and exploring the area. Thank you again for the feedback.
