The place was nice, clean, well organized and many little perks included. Host was also quick to return messages. My only not perfect experience was it was not as secluded as I was expecting. I was also disappointed the creek was dry, I know that is a nature thing but still disappointing… I could have found a place less expensive not near a dry creek.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it as much as the first time. It is a beautiful home and is both family and pet friendly. It’s very clean and has literally anything you might need during your stay. Highly recommend!!

This property is gorgeous! The home is spacious and decorated so beautifully! We will be back to enjoy this some more!, so clean! Pet friendly, fenced yard, beautiful landscaped. So close to Diamond point and hiking trails. Plenty of Games to play! ( you have to try the jumbo jenga set Granddaughters and loved it!).The host made this happen! ( knock on VRBO) Bob was so helpful and nice, thank you Bob!

We had such a wonderful experience at The Happy Place! The host is great and very communicative! From the moment you walk in the front door you feel at home with every essential you could possibly need. The location and scenery are incredible and the fact they allow our fur babies is an absolute bonus!! We will definitely stay here again for our next family gathering!

Great location and extremely dog friendly!

Beautiful house in the payson woods! If youre traveling with dogs this is the place for you. Very large fenced in area for the dogs and they even have a medium sized wooden kennel inside the house for your dog to sleep in! It was very clean and the accommodations were wonderful as well.

Wonderful visit

Loved our stay at The Happy Place! The property was very clean and very welcoming. Our pups enjoyed roaming g the large enclosed yard, and communication was excellent! I expect we’ll be back again sometime in the future!

Great place to get away! It has all the comforts of home and ton of things to do on the property. The kids and dogs loved the creek down below the property. Bob was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed!

Absolutely one of the best stays in a Vrbo. It was very cozy, inside and outside. Televisions provided in all the rooms, kitchen was well stocked, very peaceful setting. They have thought of everything. We didn’t bring our puppy, but the provisions for those who do is wonderful, and it doesn’t smell like animals were there or have dog hair everywhere.

Wonderful getaway

I would highly recommend staying at The Happy Place! It is a very clean and comfortable house that has been beautifully decorated. It has a fully stocked and organized kitchen (all drawers and cabinets are labeled) which made our holiday meal prep very easy. The large fenced front yard and the nearby national forest also make this the perfect place for dog lovers to stay with their furry family members.

Seldom do we have a WOW-factor at an VRBO. This place really went above and beyond. Clean, perfectly decorated space with everything one could ever need we felt so fortunate with our week stay! Close to town, in a quiet rural area, it became our lovely retreat, esp with the perfect front fenced yard for our 2 dogs.There were just so many extras/details that we kept finding, dog toys, welcome cookies, including the (5 gal waters) we replaced x2, & much needed as we hiked 60 miles that week. Thank you, Bob, it was just the BEST! Hope we can come back next year!

Amazing stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at The Happy Place. It lived up to its name! We were looking for quiet time in the mountains with our dogs, and got just that. The dogs had a blast running around the fenced in front yard, and we loved relaxing on the back patio. Also, this was a short drive to our favorite hiking spots in Christopher Creek/Forest Lakes area. We will stay again!
