Welcome to The Beach Place. Look no further for your beach-front family vacation spot! This home is located right on a local gem at the mouth of the famous Elwha river. Take a stroll on the sandy beach, explore the ever-changing river, soak up the sun, and take in the sounds of crashing waves. More about the inside space: This home has a perfect layout for hosting 8 guests comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, dining room, washer & dryer. We provide all basic necessities to make you feel at home including but not limited to; wifi, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil for cooking, salt & pepper, tea, local coffee, and creamer.
More about the outside space: At this home there is plentiful private parking. Guests have access to fully fenced in yard, deck, beach outdoor seating and outdoor grill.
Why this location and home? Beachfront prime real estate, need we say more? Not to mention Port Angeles is truly a hidden gem. No matter the weather or season you visit, you are sure to find yourself on an adventure!

*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout*
-Important: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee. For VRBO bookings, this is listed as an “administrative fee” and is calculated at 5.5% of the base rate to reflect the payment processing and integration costs incurred on the full reservation amount, including cleaning and tax charges. Direct bookings (website): 4% fee. This fee covers third-party processing costs and is not retained by us. Thank you for understanding!
-Please attend to all children when around the water. We recommend use of life vests for children and non-swimmers. Always swim with others around for safety purposes. Swimming is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your failure to insure your safety and the safety of those in your party.
-This home is on a septic system —please only flush the toilet paper provided and human waste. We also don’t have a sink garbage/food disposal, so please discard leftover food waste into the trash can. Fixing a septic clog is upwards of $1000 charge, so please remember to abide by these rules! You will lose your security deposit and be charged the difference for any septic backup.
-Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
-We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.
-Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.
-No smoking is allowed inside the home. Guests who do so will be charged a cleaning fee of $500. Smoking is allowed outside but cigarette butts must be disposed of properly
-No illegal drugs allowed, it's the law.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am.
-Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use.
-We are honored you decided to choose this beach house, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. This home is for registered guests only.
-Only use fireplace if you have adequate experience and know how to operate safely. Use of the fireplace is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your use of the same. Please do not introduce unapproved items in the woodstove – just firewood, kindling, matches, fire starters, Duraflame Logs.
-Absolutely NO fires on the beach at anytime. If you would like to enjoy a fire, please enjoy the fire table.
-Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the outside fire pit. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size.
-PARKING – Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked property in front of home. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
-Please stay out of the storage areas. These areas are dangerous and not designed for guests.
-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home.
-We do not permit supplies, furniture, decorative items, appliances, and other furnishings to be removed from the home. Please leave the home as you found it.
-Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.
-Check-out: Guests will be charged an extra $25 for late check out; check out time is 11:00am unless otherwise talked about with the host. The charge is $25 per 30 minute increment. Thank you for being respectful of the hosts and cleaners time.
-Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.
-Guest(s) shall fully hold harmless Wanderers Choice LLC and its associates from any and all claims, lawsuits, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief personal injury and/or wrongful death.
