Our Bunk/Cabin house is nice and roomy with all that you would need for a small group of up to 7 folks. It is private with tons of parking, outdoor space and great for star viewing-Not too isolated, 12 miles from Gunnison and Western Colorado University, 25 mis. from Pitkin, 35 mis. from Monarch ski area, 45 mis. from Crested Butte and 30 mis from Blue Mesa Reservoir. Also a main house that can be added to this property allowing up to 19 folks. Events not allowed without permission and description of event. Weddings require a venue fee and an excessive/refundable cleaning deposit. Will Consider Pets.
