This 2 bedroom, 3 bath home is fabulous and boasts all the warm tropical vibes Marathon has to offer! As an all ground level home guest are pleased with its ease of access inside and out. Boating guests are especially delighted by this homes proximity to open water.
Extra bonuses include a private heat optional pool and ample dockage.

- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guest (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max. advertised occupancy.
- Parking: 2 vehicle max

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We are always glad to know guests enjoy this beautiful home and its wonderful amenities. However, this guest was unpleasant to work with from the moment he made his reservation. We received several hostile emails and phone calls from him and had to set a boundary that his communication style would not be tolerated any longer. He clearly did not appreciate this boundary and has therefore written this retaliative review. We encourage Richard to rent somewhere else in the future.
