Lake front, beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. The 3 bedrooms and 1 bath are upstairs (ground level) Kitchen, living room, and 1 full bath downstairs and central air conditioning throughout. Has sliding door that walks out to the lake view in a secluded cove perfect for swimming or fishing. Has a private dock and kayaks for use. All new furnishings including 4 new queen beds and washer and dryer. Large back yard with a fire pit for comfortably hosting your family's next lake get away!

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Very nice house and great location. We really liked the quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly hat was promised and was a very good price. AC was great downstairs but lacked sufficient vents upstairs. Only downside was upstairs AC. Manageable but not up to the overall quality of the home

It was such an easy checking in and checking out process which was so nice! The house was clean, no issues whatsoever. I would say it would be nice to have basic toiletries included like shampoo/conditioner/ body wash but besides that we had a great small gateaway.

We stay at a lot of rental homes in the area and there are several perks about this property; it's easy to get to, the bedroom rooms are spacious, good size kitchen, great to have an in unit washer/dryer and also the flat yard leading up to the powered dock is a great added feature. Note; you will need to bring your own daily essentials; coffee, condiments, garbage bags, extra toilet paper, etc.

However, with everyone having different personal preferences on daily items like coffee, condiments, specialty products, and other household essentials, we encourage guests to bring the items they personally prefer during their stay. Great location on the lake. Loved the easy walk to the dock. Very quiet neighborhood. Our biggest complaint was the moldy smell on the bottom floor. It was very strong and made our allergies act up and made our noses burn. After a few days, we discovered a dehumidifier. The tank was full of water, which turns it off. I emptied it and it came back on. I ended up emptying it 7 more times during our stay. For some reason, the drain hose wasn’t connected to the dehumidifier, so had to keep emptying it. We ended up leaving a day early because of our allergies. The owner did give us a refund for that last day.Don’t know how they cleaned the floor. It looked clean, but turned out socks black.Lots of minor issues, stair rail falling off, shower doors installed wrong, towel bars, vanity door off, etc.After texting back and forth with the owner about all the problems, he called me a Karen, and complained about all the dog hair. Pretty rude! Yea, I didn’t check the box for bringing a dog ( didn’t see), but dogs are allowed, and no, the dog didn’t cause our allergies, it was the mold. This place has the potential to be a great place, it they take care of all the problems and keep the dehumidifier working. But like many VRBO homes, owners depend on underpaid locals to keep the place up and clean without much oversight.

We’re disappointed by this review and want future guests to have the full picture. Most of the issues mentioned were never brought to our attention during the stay. We have on-site maintenance and cleaning staff, and the issues that were reported were addressed immediately. We offered to return, clean, and fix anything needed, and we even provided a refund for the guest’s final night. We were especially disappointed to find the property covered in pet fur and smelling strongly of an animal after checkout. The guest did not disclose the dog when booking and did not pay the required pet fee. We cannot determine the cause of anyone’s allergies, but the condition the property was left in was unacceptable. Our properties are busy vacation rentals, and occasionally something may need attention. That’s why we ask guests to contact us during their stay. We can’t fix problems we aren’t given the opportunity to address. We take great pride in our properties and our guest reviews. Unfortunately, based on this experience, the guest’s communication and attitude, the undisclosed pet, the condition of the property, and the fact that we provided a refund, we would not choose to host this guest again. We welcome legitimate feedback and always encourage guests to give us the opportunity to make things right.
