Kick back and relax in this calm, newly renovated and stylish home. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is a 1930 Cape Cod style home, located in the heart of High Point called Emerywood Estates. Walking distance to High Point University and International Home Furnishing Center. We welcome pets with a minimal fee per pet. Long term stays are welcome as well. We are happy to be your home away from home!!! Accommodations for family members of students from HPU. Please let us know and share the word to others !!!
