Have a taste of life by the sea while staying in this top level ocean view condo! Fully equipped condo with a King in the master bedroom and a Queen with bunk bed in the guest bedroom, this home is perfect for a family of 4 to 6. Sit on a lovely window seat and enjoy an unobstructed view of the waves rolling onto the shore. Make a home cooked meal and watch a movie with a Samsung TV with cable in the living room, and a Sony TV in master bedroom.

Our condo is located on the third floor which provides the most beautiful ocean views. Facing Monterey, our condo gives amazing sunrises daily that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. Complimentary coffee, tea, cream, sugar, stirrers & filters are available. Grill with a 1lb propane barbecue and enjoy the salt air with patio furniture in your very own patio that outlooks the ocean. Beach access is on the second level through the clear door and just a few stairs down. All appliances are available, including a Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher for your use and extra linens/towels are ready for your stay.

Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Nearby Pickle Ball, tennis, and basket ball courts, are easily accessible and just a short walk down the parking lot. Next to these courts you will find our gorgeous lagoon perfect to take peaceful walks and experience a beautiful scenery.

Free high speed wireless community WIFI. We are within a gated community which provides security 24/7. Conveniently located right in between Santa Cruz and Monterey County. Our condo is professionally cleaned and maintained with on site care for all your needs. Staff available 7 days a week!

Spend time with the family building sand castles, gathering seashells, and sand dollars at the Pajaro Dunes Resort. Encounter various wild life during walks on the beach or lagoon and keep an eye out for whales, otters, dolphins, and various other sea animals! Please be advised the fireplace in this home cannot be used until further notice.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
