A wood-burning fireplace and matching sofas welcome toasty group gatherings in the family room, while checkerboard flooring, a second fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for home movie nights in the living area. The checkerboard tile flooring extends into the kitchen, which also boasts a deluxe suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances equipped for home cooking. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-have amenities.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely Older Home!

This quaint and comfortable older home was perfect for our family vacation. Very artistically decorated! The kids had a great time in the pool. We were a little concerned about a backyard pool with 2 and 4 year olds, but the easily retractable pool cover helped ease our concerns. The host was very responsive to a water issue we had. The large hot tub worked well. Great supply of towels! It was roomy enough for our party of 9 with a local daughter visiting from time to time.

Family Reunion

This was a great choice for our family reunion. There were 10 of us, including five adults and five children. There was plenty of space for everyone, a great coffee shop and breakfast place nearby with fun shops. The pool at the house was also fun and the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day.

Stylish and Comfortable!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The decor has been curated to perfection—stylish, warm, and thoughtfully designed. We had two little ones under four with us, and despite all the lovely decor, everything was out of reach and safe for kids, which was such a relief.The location was great, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did run into a maintenance issue, but VACASA responded immediately and had it fixed right away—great service!A couple of things to note: the master bedroom does not have an en suite bathroom. With three bathrooms in the house, it wasn’t a big deal for us, but it’s something to be aware of. Also, while the listing headline mentions a heated pool, it’s important to read the full details—heating the pool does come with a daily fee.That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

the magic was missing

we were shocked at the condition of the house when we arrived. there were dead bugs in multiple rooms. the windows hadn’t been washed in a long time, several of the floors hadn’t been swept. the grass in the back was overgrown and the pool was inoperable. we didn’t stay. we were happy we got a refund.

Beautiful cape-cod style home with French decor and antiques. Enjoyed looking through books from the 1800s, family heirlooms, very sweet personal touches. I would have liked to have met the woman who made all the shadow boxes on the wall with their special family things. Communication was excellent. We had a small issue with the pool and they were there in 15 minutes!!! Place was clean, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nicely redone kitchen.

Overall, the house was clean, has a lot of character, spacious, and was a fun place to hangout. The hot tub and pool was nice to enjoy. There was plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, and cleaning solutions available for dishwasher and clothing. The home was close to the highway for quick access to downtown. The neighborhood seems okay and safe. Four gripes about our stay. 1) The A/C unit filters were dirty and made for a stuffy atmosphere which affected our sleep. The cleaning of these filters should be added to the cleaning schedule. 2) The pool cover did not work immediately but Vacasa was able to resolve this issue quickly. There was a 1 day delay in using the pool. This should hopefully be fixed and a priority for this home. 3) The pool smelt and was a little dirty but was still enjoyable. We expected a little better pool experience. 4) The door code is tricky and too long. You have to enter the code quickly with many digits so it takes multiple attempts usually each time. We would stay here again!

House is old and awkward

They did a great job photographing this property. In reality, the house is very old and uncomfortable to stay in. The decor is off putting and there are an excessive number of decorative items. We stayed here for 4 nights and wanted to leave after the first night. Also, the pool water was off chemically and ruined by kids bathing suits. We had to buy them knew ones because the colors faded. I do not think this home should be a vacation rental.

Pleasant home

We stayed in the summertime at this home and my family and I had a great time. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. My only complaints were that the pool was pretty dirty when we got there. But thankfully it had a cleaning scheduled for the next day and after talking with the pool cleaner, it was sparkling when we got back from our adventures. My other complaint being that the sitting room where the tv was had a very small couch and only 3 of the 5 of us fit on it so the other 2 say on the tile floor. I would think a house with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds would have a bigger couch in the tv room. Overall very cool house. There is a lot of antique and interesting pieces. Since we couldnt all watch tv together at night we spent a lot of the time looking at the cool historic pieces throughout the house which was pretty fun.

Trip back in time

Such a wonderful property. Vibe of old times with a little mix of modern in the kitchen. The whole house is full of antique furniture, art and books. Books are from 1800, can you imagine that? My first evening I was walking around the house like in a museum studying all of it. They have easels with paintings, wall designs with little dolls clothing from 1900s, furnace for wood (just as a decoration) and working musical box. I loved every little detail in this house. Hot tub was hot and clean, it always such a pleasure to use it during snowy winter nights. Downstairs they have room with trundle beds where our kids were sleeping. It was very convenient. Big front yard where we were building snowman. House has all the essentials for cooking, bunch of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Management was easy to reach and they were very fast to address our requests. Definitely recommend this house for your next trip. Plus the price was unbeatable.

Great Location and Management

Communication from the mgt team was outstanding. Professional, friendly, & responsive. Kudos to you. The location is great. It is approx 35 min to Park City & approx 15 min to downtown. The photos are brighter than the house (but, of course, it could be the time of day/season). The house is historic featuring a collection of old books & antiques. They do state this in the description as do a few reviewers. I will say there are more antiques & collectibles in the home than appear on the photos. Some of the items are neat & we enjoyed the art palate décor a lot. We could imagine sitting by the french doors on a breezy day dabbling on a canvas. I wished that was the only "theme". So cute & fitting! There were a few items that we're sure had meaning beyond what met the eye, but, as another reviewer stated, was a little off-putting. Ironically, we enjoyed the locked room with the glass doors that displayed a collection of antiques like a mini museum. I believe the home would have felt more spacious & inviting if more antiques were also displayed in that room for us to view & admire from a far, if we choose, rather than throughout the home staring us. I understand the décor is of the owners preference, but, sometimes, less is more when accommodating the public. I also agree with another review, the TV room is a bit small. It may be better if the TV was located in the sitting room with more seating. Kitchen was great! The home is adorable overall. Thank you for sharing it with us!
