We absolutely loved the location!! However one of the main bathroom sinks were not working. There is a 3rd bathroom but it’s on the first floor in the storage area and it was not easy to access.

Grandkids trip

The location of the property is amazing, that said, the property itself is disappointing. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on and the home was infested with ants. The gas grill did not work and I did not hear back from anyone when I called about it (was told they would have to contact owner). I would not recommend.

Overall great spot to stay

Our family had a peaceful stay. However - I would like to give our feedback, no black bags was provided for trash to be deposed in trash bend (only 1 in kitchen trash container bend) as a Jamaica beach requirement. No coffee Keurig cups to make coffee in the Keurig maker, (had only Hot Coco) no cooking spices, like salt/pepper to cook food. It would of been nice to know this a head of time if the owner and/or property management does not provide these items to the renters and for us to ensure to bring these items with your stay. Thank you in advance, in hoping to help the next booking.

Terrible house in a good location.

Fridge didn't work and was fixed by the end of our second day there. Rust stains in bathtubs, towels and sheets were old, uncomfortable. Only a couple of garbage bags for use. House smelled of cigarettes and a frat party gone bad. Floors were dirty. Door knob fell off entry door. Unpleasant property and definitely never staying there again
