Great location. Easy to get everywhere Paris. Neighborhood has a number of good restaurants, cafes, and groceries. Place was perfect for us. It's very comfortable and nice place to unwind. Host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Olivier was excellent with communication. He was well prepared for coordinating my arrival. I was coming from London by train. By requesting my itinerary he could keep an eye on any type of late arrival. He responded timely to any questions. I texted him a question about my mode of transportation from the train station to the property and he immediately called me. The place we stayed was exactly as listed. I lived having a view of the Eiffel Tower. I wanted to experience what it would be like if I lived in Paris and this place provided that. It is in a great location. Minutes away from a metro station and a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great cafes close by.

The apartment was as promised: roomy, with views of the top of tour Eiffel, and close to Metro stops. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and with a huge, twice-weekly farmers market (Weds & Sun) just down the street, it's a perfect location for a Parisian getaway!

Olivier was very helpful on checking in. The room is on the next top floor, and can get a bit hot. They provide fans which are very effective. There’s a nice bakery down the street at the small grocery store around the corner. It’s in a fairly quiet area of town, but even one rowdy out on the street at night can make a lot of noise because it reverberates in the street. It’s well equipped and is everything I needed for my stay. The bathroom could use a deep clean as it smell of mold. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Amazing apartment with Eiffel Tower view. Quiet neighborhood with lots of things close by, but out of the fray. Host was super with communication and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Highly recommend staying here!

Close to the Eiffel Tower and easy to get to market shopping days, grocery stores, subway, and bakery. Excellent place for a family of four. The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Perfect place to stay in Paris. Thank you!

Cozy apartment in lively area near Eiffel Tower. Lots of great neighborhood options around. Check in was easy and we had a great stay. We weren't in the apartment much but very comfortable. Would recommend.
