Charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath private home in Paducah’s Midtown. Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, private driveway parking, and self check-in. A comfortable base for downtown, Lowertown Arts District, the National Quilt Museum, and the Ohio River riverfront.

THE HOME

Bright, private whole-house stay with central heat and air and good natural light. Exclusive use of the interior, front porch, and furnished backyard patio.

Light gray seating, 55" HDTV with Fire TV and Xfinity Stream, plus board games, puzzles, and Kentucky-themed books.

Kitchen & dining

Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. Keurig with complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and an electric kettle. Dining area seats 6.

Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sound machine, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, extra pillow, and extra blanket.

Full bath with tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryer. Separate half bath with pedestal sink.

LOCATION

Midtown Paducah with a short drive to historic downtown, Lowertown galleries and studios, the riverfront, restaurants, and the convention center. Easy in-and-out for events, medical visits, or a quiet stay that still puts the city close.

GUEST ACCESS

Entire home is yours. Self check-in. Park on the private driveway (it runs alongside the house to a concrete pad in back). Host is available by phone or message; the stay is designed to be private.

*Blink outdoor cameras cover the front and back entry only — no interior cameras.
*The home sits near a busier street. Each bedroom has a sound machine; eye masks are provided for light sleepers.
*City trash pickup is Wednesday morning. The host moves the bin — nothing for you to do.
*Welcome book on the office desk: WiFi, local favorites, and house details.
*If spices, cooking oil, paper plates, or similar run low, message us and we’ll restock.
*WPSD Channel 6 is on the TV’s Xfinity Stream app and on Facebook for local news and weather.
*The city tests outdoor sirens the first Friday of each month at 1 p.m. It is short and only a test.

Everything that we needed for the trip was provided for in the house. We especially love the layout for our family and what we needed the house for. We loved this house. So cute and immaculately clean with very soft nice linens. They had bottled water, snacks plus all of the little things like extra trash bags etc. Great location. The host was very responsive.
