The townhouse is very convenient to all Disney properties. We used the clubhouse pool once and it was very nice and spacious. Next time I would pay for the private pool to be heated. It was a bit cool to swim in the evening. We had some minor trouble with dishwasher not draining and oven setting off smoke detector when oven door was opened. Host is aware and will be taking care of those issues. We would stay here again.

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It had all the essential appliances, utensils, and cookware. We didn’t end up cooking, but it was reassuring to have a fully functional kitchen available.

Very disappointed with our stay. The fridge broke on our first day, and we had to throw away all the groceries we had just bought. This was especially inconvenient since my son has a restricted diet. The front bedroom had no fan and stayed hot. We could also hear the neighbors opening and closing their doors, which woke us up early in the morning. The dishwasher was broken too.The only reasons for the two stars are the decent clubhouse and the location close to Disney. We’ve stayed at several VRBOs over the years, and this was easily one of the worst.

We apologize for the inconvenience during your second day. When you reported issues, we offered a full refund so you could rebook elsewhere, but you chose to stay. Although the AC, refrigerator, and dishwasher were functioning, we still purchased new appliances immediately to accommodate you. For guests who require complete quiet, a standalone home with a large yard may be a better fit than our townhome in popular premium resort.

We really enjoyed our week in the beautiful home. We had a blast swimming in the private pool as well as enjoying the waterpark on property. We will definitely be booking this one again!

Orlando Vacation

The resort was perfect for a relaxing day at the pool or quick trip to Disney parks. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, soaking up the sun at the community pool, and playing at the playground. The house had everything we needed for our stay but would recommend updated kitchenware for those meals that are cooked at home. Would consider staying here again if ever in the area. Overall a great vacation rental.

The property was very nice, perfect location, each bathroom had its own bathroom which we love it. My daughter and her friend had a cheer competition at ESPN only ten minutes from where we were staying. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst VRBO stays we have had. The property was ok and had everything listed in the description. It was by no means luxurious but good enough for a week stay. We had a horrible experience in our interactions with the host. She was not clear about additional guest pricing on her listing or rental agreement and when I tried to clarify with her she became hard to reach. I had to follow up on questions multiple times each communication and in the end had to get VRBO customer service involved. Really disappointing and ate up so much time. Wish we never rented the place or got involved with this host.
