Our villa is brand new construction., offers 3 bedrooms, 2 gorgeous, spacious bathrooms, amazing pool for your whole family to enjoy together!

The pool was wonderful, taken care of routinely (twice a week )by the pool service. Was a great temperature. Really enjoyed by our family.

As a seasoned, VRBO host / guest, I can say this property was not up to even basic standards. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of the owner and she said (when we were trying to add an extra day) that she was too busy and didn’t have time to talk. I understand people are busy at times, but she never suggested another time. When we arrived at 10 o’clock at night, the house was only 60 inside and the heat was off. Next, we found out that somebody forgot to turn the water on so we had no water. When we went to get into our beds, there were no top sheets and the pillows had mascara all over them. Tried to take a hot bath and the water was green. Then the next day we woke up too roosters next-door first thing in the morning. Later that day, we spent time by the pool and watched tons the planes fly 100 feet over the top of the house all afternoon long. This continued for every afternoon we were at the property. The neighborhood was old with the exception of a couple of brand new houses built by the owner in mirror images right next to each other. We talked to the guest next-door and they shared our sentiments for the property location being right next to the airport. They also said that the rooster was obnoxious every day. I will say that the houses were new and that is why we gave them a two star instead of a one. Considering what they charge per night, and all these issues, no chance we will stay at this property again.
