Perfect location for a girls weekend on Ski Days in Lake City. We spent a ton of time on the deck enjoying the backyard. The kitchen was supplied nicely. Would come again.

Great location only a block away from Lake Pepin. We used the sauna numerous times, as well as the fire pit and grill. It was a relaxing stay while exploring Lake City, Red Wing, Wabasha and Pepin.

The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!)

Host gave great recommendations of things to do in town. The sauna and bath created a spa-like atmosphere. The decor was festive spirit lifting. We always felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. I hope to stay again in the future.

The Casita by the Lake was charming for our vacation in Lake City. Patty was quick to answer questions, check-in was seamless, and everything was clean and well-labeled for easy use. The lake decor really helped us feel like we got away from the big city for a much needed respite. The sauna and sauna hats were a hit! Thank you.

Our family of 5 and two dogs had a wonderful trip to home on Lake Pepin. The home was well stocked with kitchen appliances and anything we could need to cook home cooked meals. We enjoyed the comfort of the high quality beds and linens. Walking to the lake was such a treat even though it was cold out. The sauna was amazing and we used it daily. We also truly enjoyed walking to Heidi’s cafe and the bowling alley. I can’t recommend this rental enough for anyone looking to be near the water and enjoy a nice relaxing environment.

We had a great stay here. Cozy home with everything you need. Weather wasn't in our favor to enjoy the outside much, but it's in a great location a block from the water and close to downtown area.

The host has thought of everything that a person could need or want. This was a self care trip and the casita had all the pamper things I enjoy. Sauna, soaking tub, walks along the lake and a fire pit for the cool nights.
